This suggests that whenever we wish to smoke, we need to stand at the back door. From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's home and the fronts of 2 homes across the street. After smoking nearly continually when the anxiety embeded in, I started to see the comings and goings of the people in the street. I began to detect when the mums strolled their kids to school when they returned when they went out shopping, when they took the canine for a walk, and when they sat in the garden. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would discover myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these ladies set about their everyday regimens.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the people who stroll past the house. I began with a friendly hey there and advanced to the point where I usually walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is always very first with any gossip. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a big Irish lady in her 60's. Then last on this site is the separated home where Steve and Mandy live with their two teenage sons. They remain in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the road, we start with Linda's house. She recently separated from her spouse and remains in the process of moving. She remains in her mid 30's and has two pre-teen daughters Emma and Becky. Next is our home. I have not presented myself yet, so now would be a good time.
