After smoking nearly continuously when the anxiety embeded in, I began to notice the comings and goings of individuals in the street. I began to detect when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the pet for a walk, and when they sat in the garden. With absolutely nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would find myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these women went about their day-to-day routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of individuals who stroll past your home. I began with a friendly hello and advanced to the point where I typically stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat.
