We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without providing it a 2nd idea. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would discover myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these ladies went about their daily regimens.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the people who walk past the house. I began with a friendly hello and advanced to the point where I normally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. The majority of people would interrupt me now, and say that most ladies at home do what I do, stop and talk with the other women. It's a extremely small street, 8 semi-detached houses and 1 separated (that's 5 buildings in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a uninhabited home, and after that beside that is. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a big Irish lady in her 60's. Last on this site is the removed home where Steve and Mandy live with their two teenage sons.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we begin with Linda's house. She recently separated from her hubby and remains in the process of moving. She remains in her mid 30's and has 2 pre-teen daughters Emma and Becky. Next is our home. I have not introduced myself yet, so now would be a good time. I never ever spoke to him, despite the fact that what I'm about to tell you, so this is the last time I mention him.
