I started to detect when the mums strolled their kids to school when they returned when they went out shopping, when they took the canine for a walk, and when they beinged in the garden. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would find myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these women tackled their everyday regimens.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who walk past the home. I started with a friendly hello and progressed to the point where I normally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Many people would interrupt me now, and say that a lot of females at house do what I do, stop and talk with the other ladies. It's a really small street, 8 semi-detached houses and 1 removed (that's 5 structures in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a uninhabited home, and then beside that is. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's house, she's a huge Irish female in her 60's. Last on this website is the detached home where Steve and Mandy live with their two teenage children.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we start with Linda's home. Next is our home. Last on the row was a bloke who worked someplace in the City.
