We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without offering it a reservation. Here's where I differ from the rest of you. Up till September, I had actually been much like you. Setting off to work every day, concerned more about what I was going to make with the day rather than what my neighbours would be up to. I joined the ranks of the long-term ill, continued to receive my paycheque, and sat and took it simple. The first couple of weeks were fine I. managed to get all the little jobs that accumulate done. Then in the third week, a despair started to creep in. I had absolutely nothing to do, nowhere to go, and loads of time to eliminate. I started to get depressed.

We have a no cigarette smoking policy in our house, imposed on the bulk (me & my daddy) by the minority (my mom). From here, you can see the entrance to our neighbour's house and the fronts of two houses across the street. I started to select up on when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the dog for a walk, and when they sat in the garden.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of the people who stroll past your home. I started with a friendly hi and advanced to the point where I usually stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Many people would interrupt me now, and state that the majority of ladies at home do what I do, chat and stop with the other women. I have 2 replies. One, I'm male, and two, you do not know the half of it all. I believe it's time I gave you a total photo of our street and individuals who survive on it. It will be available in useful later. It's a really little street, 8 semi-detached homes and 1 detached (that's 5 structures in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a vacant home, and then next to that is. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a huge Irish female in her 60's. Last on this site is the separated home where Steve and Mandy live with their 2 teenage kids.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we start with Linda's house. Next is our home. Last on the row was a chap who worked somewhere in the City.
