We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without providing it a second idea. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would discover myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these women tackled their daily routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of the people who stroll past the house. I began with a friendly hi and advanced to the point where I typically stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Most people would disrupt me now, and state that many females in the house do what I do, talk and stop with the other women. I have 2 replies. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is constantly first with any gossip. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's house, she's a big Irish female in her 60's. Then last on this site is the separated home where Steve and Mandy cope with their 2 teenage kids. They are in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we start with Linda's house. Next is our house. Last on the row was a chap who worked somewhere in the City.
