We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without giving it a second thought. Setting off to work every day, concerned more about what I was going to do with the day rather than what my neighbours would be up to. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would find myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these females tackled their day-to-day routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who stroll past the home. I started with a friendly hello and progressed to the point where I normally walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. The majority of people would interrupt me now, and say that a lot of ladies at house do what I do, stop and chat with the other women. It's a extremely small street, 8 semi-detached houses and 1 removed (that's 5 structures in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a uninhabited house, and after that next to that is. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a big Irish lady in her 60's. Last on this site is the detached home where Steve and Mandy live with their two teenage kids.

On the right-hand side of the road, we start with Linda's home. She just recently separated from her partner and is in the procedure of moving. She is in her mid 30's and has two pre-teen daughters Emma and Becky. Next is our house. I haven't presented myself yet, so now would be a great time.
