From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's home and the fronts of two houses across the street. After smoking cigarettes practically constantly when the depression embeded in, I started to discover the comings and goings of the people in the street. I started to pick up on when the mums walked their kids to school when they returned when they headed out shopping, when they took the canine for a walk, and when they sat in the garden. With absolutely nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would find myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these females went about their everyday routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the individuals who walk past the house. I began with a friendly hi and progressed to the point where I normally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. A lot of individuals would disrupt me now, and state that a lot of females at house do what I do, stop and chat with the other ladies. It's a extremely small street, 8 semi-detached houses and 1 removed (that's 5 structures in all).
