We have a no cigarette smoking policy in our house, enforced on the bulk (me & my dad) by the minority (my mom). This suggests that whenever we want to smoke, we need to stand at the back entrance. From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's home and the fronts of 2 houses across the street. After cigarette smoking nearly continually when the depression embeded in, I started to see the comings and goings of the people in the street. I began to pick up on when the mums walked their kids to school when they returned when they headed out shopping, when they took the canine for a walk, and when they beinged in the garden. With absolutely nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would find myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these ladies went about their day-to-day regimens.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of the people who stroll past your home. I started with a friendly hi and progressed to the point where I typically stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Most people would interrupt me now, and state that the majority of women at home do what I do, stop and talk with the other women. I have two replies. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is constantly very first with any chatter. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a huge Irish lady in her 60's. Then last on this website is the separated house where Steve and Mandy deal with their 2 teenage sons. They remain in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the road, we begin with Linda's house. She just recently separated from her husband and remains in the procedure of moving. She remains in her mid 30's and has two pre-teen daughters Emma and Becky. Next is our house. I have not introduced myself yet, so now would be a great time. I'm John (28 ), and I deal with my mum Chrissie (45) and papa Bob (52 ). Next along are some newcomers.
