We have a no cigarette smoking policy in our house, enforced on the majority (me & my daddy) by the minority (my mother). From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's house and the fronts of two houses throughout the street. I began to pick up on when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the pet dog for a walk, and when they sat in the garden.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of individuals who walk past your house. I started with a friendly hi and advanced to the point where I typically walk down to the garden gate and have a chat.
