November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the individuals who walk past the house. I began with a friendly hi and progressed to the point where I typically walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is always very first with any chatter. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's house, she's a big Irish lady in her 60's. Then last on this site is the separated house where Steve and Mandy cope with their 2 teenage sons. They are in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the road, we start with Linda's home. Next is our home. Last on the row was a chap who worked someplace in the City.
