I had absolutely nothing to do, nowhere to go, and loads of time to kill. I started to get depressed.

We have a no cigarette smoking policy in our home, imposed on the bulk (me & my dad) by the minority (my mom). This indicates that whenever we wish to smoke, we have to stand at the back door. From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's home and the fronts of two homes across the street. After smoking nearly constantly when the depression set in, I started to observe the comings and goings of the people in the street. I started to pick up on when the mums strolled their kids to school when they returned when they headed out shopping, when they took the dog for a walk, and when they beinged in the garden. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would find myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these ladies tackled their daily routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of individuals who stroll past your house. I started with a friendly hello and advanced to the point where I usually stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Many people would disrupt me now, and say that the majority of ladies in your home do what I do, stop and talk with the other women. I have 2 replies. I never spoke to him, although what I'm about to inform you, so this is the last time I mention him.
