November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who walk past your home. I started with a friendly hello and progressed to the point where I normally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. The majority of people would interrupt me now, and say that a lot of women in your home do what I do, chat and stop with the other women. I have two replies. Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a vacant home, and then next to that is. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's house, she's a big Irish woman in her 60's. Last on this site is the detached house where Steve and Mandy live with their 2 teenage sons.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we begin with Linda's home. Next is our home. Last on the row was a chap who worked somewhere in the City.
