We all support this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without offering it a second thought. Here's where I vary from the rest of you. Up until September, I had actually been much like you. We have a no smoking cigarettes policy in our home, enforced on the majority (me & my father) by the minority (my mother). This indicates that whenever we want to smoke, we need to stand at the back door. From here, you can see the entrance to our neighbour's house and the fronts of two houses across the street. After cigarette smoking practically continually when the depression set in, I started to observe the comings and goings of the people in the street. I started to pick up on when the mums walked their kids to school when they came back when they headed out shopping, when they took the dog for a walk, and when they beinged in the garden. With absolutely nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would discover myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these women tackled their day-to-day regimens.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who stroll past your house. I began with a friendly hi and progressed to the point where I generally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Many people would disrupt me now, and state that most ladies in the house do what I do, chat and stop with the other women. I have 2 replies.
