We have a no smoking policy in our house, enforced on the bulk (me & my dad) by the minority (my mother). From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's house and the fronts of 2 homes throughout the street. I began to pick up on when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the canine for a walk, and when they sat in the garden.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who stroll past your home. I started with a friendly hi and advanced to the point where I typically stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Most people would interrupt me now, and say that the majority of ladies in the house do what I do, talk and stop with the other women. I have two replies. One, I'm male, and 2, you don't know the half of it all. I believe it's time I gave you a total picture of our street and the people who survive on it. It will come in useful later on. It's a extremely little street, 8 semi-detached homes and 1 separated (that's 5 structures in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a uninhabited home, and then next to that is. where Jody lives. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is constantly first with any gossip. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a huge Irish female in her 60's. Last on this site is the removed house where Steve and Mandy live with their two teenage kids. They remain in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we begin with Linda's home. Next is our house. Last on the row was a chap who worked someplace in the City.
