We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without giving it a 2nd idea. It's a really little street, 8 semi-detached homes and 1 separated (that's 5 buildings in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a vacant house, and after that next to that is. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a big Irish lady in her 60's. Last on this site is the removed home where Steve and Mandy live with their two teenage sons.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we start with Linda's home. She just recently separated from her other half and is in the process of moving. She is in her mid 30's and has two pre-teen daughters Emma and Becky. Next is our house. I haven't presented myself yet, so now would be a good time. I'm John (28 ), and I live with my mum Chrissie (45) and dad Bob (52 ). Next along are some beginners. At this time in November, I didn't understand their names, so-called them Dick and Helen to myself. Naturally, whenever I spoke to them, I used terms like a neighbour to bridge this space in my understanding. They were a couple, in their late 30's, early 40's, and they seemed to keep themselves to themselves. Last on the row was a bloke who worked someplace in the City. I never talked to him, even though what I'm about to tell you, so this is the last time I mention him.
