From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's home and the fronts of two homes across the street. After smoking cigarettes nearly constantly when the depression embeded in, I began to observe the comings and goings of individuals in the street. I began to detect when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the pet dog for a walk, and when they sat in the garden. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would discover myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these females went about their day-to-day regimens.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who stroll past the house. I started with a friendly hello and advanced to the point where I typically stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. A lot of people would interrupt me now, and state that a lot of ladies at house do what I do, stop and talk with the other ladies. Last on this site is the removed house where Steve and Mandy live with their 2 teenage boys. They are in their late 30's.
