After smoking practically constantly when the depression embeded in, I began to notice the comings and goings of the people in the street. I began to pick up on when the mums strolled their kids to school when they returned when they went out shopping, when they took the canine for a walk, and when they sat in the garden. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would discover myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these females set about their everyday regimens.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of the people who walk past your home. I started with a friendly hey there and advanced to the point where I typically stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat.
