We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without providing it a 2nd thought. With absolutely nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would find myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these ladies went about their everyday routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who stroll past the house. I began with a friendly hey there and advanced to the point where I generally walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. A lot of individuals would interrupt me now, and state that the majority of ladies at home do what I do, talk and stop with the other women. It's a really little street, 8 semi-detached houses and 1 removed (that's 5 structures in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a uninhabited house, and then beside that is. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a huge Irish female in her 60's. Last on this site is the separated home where Steve and Mandy live with their two teenage sons.

On the right-hand side of the road, we start with Linda's home. Next is our house. Last on the row was a bloke who worked someplace in the City.
