After smoking cigarettes nearly continuously when the anxiety embeded in, I began to notice the comings and goings of the people in the street. I began to detect when the mums strolled their kids to school when they returned when they went out shopping, when they took the dog for a walk, and when they sat in the garden. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would discover myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these females tackled their daily routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who stroll past your home. I began with a friendly hello and advanced to the point where I normally walk down to the garden gate and have a chat.
