We have a no cigarette smoking policy in our house, enforced on the bulk (me & my father) by the minority (my mother). This implies that whenever we want to smoke, we have to stand at the back door. From here, you can see the entrance to our neighbour's house and the fronts of 2 homes across the street. After smoking almost continuously when the anxiety set in, I started to notice the comings and goings of the people in the street. I started to detect when the mums strolled their kids to school when they returned when they went out shopping, when they took the canine for a walk, and when they sat in the garden. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would find myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these women went about their daily regimens.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of individuals who stroll past the house. I began with a friendly hey there and progressed to the point where I generally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Last on this website is the removed home where Steve and Mandy live with their 2 teenage kids. They are in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the road, we begin with Linda's home. She just recently separated from her hubby and remains in the process of moving.
