All of us accompany this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without offering it a reservation. Here's where I differ from the rest of you. I had absolutely nothing to do, no place to go, and loads of time to kill. I began to get depressed.

We have a no smoking policy in our home, imposed on the majority (me & my daddy) by the minority (my mother). From here, you can see the entrance to our neighbour's home and the fronts of 2 houses across the street. I started to choose up on when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the pet dog for a walk, and when they sat in the garden.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of individuals who walk past the house. I started with a friendly hi and advanced to the point where I normally walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. Most people would interrupt me now, and state that a lot of ladies at home do what I do, chat and stop with the other women. I have two replies. It's a really little street, 8 semi-detached homes and 1 detached (that's 5 buildings in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a vacant home, and then beside that is. where Jody lives. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is constantly first with any chatter. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's house, she's a huge Irish lady in her 60's. Then last on this site is the detached home where Steve and Mandy deal with their two teenage children. They are in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we begin with Linda's home. She recently separated from her other half and is in the procedure of moving. She remains in her mid 30's and has 2 pre-teen children Emma and Becky. Next is our house. I haven't presented myself yet, so now would be a great time.
