After smoking cigarettes practically continuously when the depression embeded in, I started to notice the comings and goings of the people in the street. I started to detect when the mums walked their kids to school when they came back when they headed out shopping, when they took the canine for a walk, and when they beinged in the garden. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would find myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these women tackled their everyday routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of individuals who walk past your home. I began with a friendly hey there and progressed to the point where I normally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat.
