After smoking almost continuously when the anxiety embeded in, I began to notice the comings and goings of individuals in the street. I started to pick up on when the mums walked their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the canine for a walk, and when they beinged in the garden. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would discover myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these ladies set about their daily routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who stroll past your home. I began with a friendly hi and advanced to the point where I generally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. On the right-hand side of the road, we begin with Linda's house. She just recently separated from her other half and is in the process of moving.
