We all accompany this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without giving it a doubt. Here's where I vary from the rest of you. Up until September, I had actually been just like you. I had nothing to do, nowhere to go, and loads of time to eliminate. I started to get depressed.

We have a no smoking policy in our house, imposed on the bulk (me & my dad) by the minority (my mom). This means that whenever we want to smoke, we need to stand at the back entrance. From here, you can see the entrance to our neighbour's house and the fronts of 2 homes across the street. After smoking cigarettes nearly continually when the depression embeded in, I started to observe the comings and goings of individuals in the street. I started to pick up on when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they headed out shopping, when they took the canine for a walk, and when they beinged in the garden. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would find myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these women tackled their everyday routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of the people who stroll past your home. I started with a friendly hello and progressed to the point where I typically stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. The majority of people would disrupt me now, and say that a lot of females in the house do what I do, chat and stop with the other women. I have two replies. One, I'm male, and two, you don't understand the half of all of it. I believe it's time I provided you a complete picture of our street and the people who live on it. It will come in helpful in the future. It's a really little street, 8 semi-detached houses and 1 separated (that's 5 buildings in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a uninhabited home, and then next to that is. where Jody lives. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is constantly very first with any chatter. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a huge Irish woman in her 60's. Then last on this website is the detached house where Steve and Mandy deal with their two teenage sons. They remain in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the road, we begin with Linda's house. She just recently separated from her husband and remains in the process of moving. She is in her mid 30's and has 2 pre-teen children Emma and Becky. Next is our house. I have not introduced myself yet, so now would be a great time. I'm John (28 ), and I live with my mum Chrissie (45) and dad Bob (52 ). Next along are some newcomers. At this time in November, I didn't know their names, so-called them Dick and Helen to myself. I never ever spoke to him, even though what I'm about to inform you, so this is the last time I mention him.
