We all support this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without offering it a second thought. Here's where I differ from the rest of you. Up till September, I had actually been much like you. We have a no smoking policy in our house, implemented on the majority (me & my daddy) by the minority (my mother). From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's home and the fronts of two homes across the street. I began to choose up on when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the pet for a walk, and when they sat in the garden.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of the people who stroll past your home. I began with a friendly hi and advanced to the point where I usually stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat.
