With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would find myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these females went about their everyday regimens.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of the people who stroll past your home. I started with a friendly hi and progressed to the point where I typically stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Many people would interrupt me now, and say that a lot of women in the house do what I do, stop and chat with the other women. I have two replies. One, I'm male, and two, you don't understand the half of it all. I believe it's time I gave you a complete image of our street and the people who live on it. It will can be found in useful later. It's a really little street, 8 semi-detached houses and 1 separated (that's 5 structures in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a vacant house, and then beside that is. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a big Irish lady in her 60's. Last on this site is the separated home where Steve and Mandy live with their two teenage boys.

On the right-hand side of the road, we start with Linda's house. Next is our home. Last on the row was a chap who worked somewhere in the City.
