November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the individuals who stroll past the home. I began with a friendly hi and advanced to the point where I generally walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. Most individuals would interrupt me now, and state that the majority of ladies at home do what I do, stop and talk with the other ladies. It's a really little street, 8 semi-detached houses and 1 detached (that's 5 buildings in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a uninhabited home, and after that next to that is. where Jody lives. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is constantly first with any gossip. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a huge Irish woman in her 60's. Then last on this website is the removed home where Steve and Mandy cope with their 2 teenage children. They are in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the road, we start with Linda's home. Next is our home. Last on the row was a bloke who worked someplace in the City.
