November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the individuals who walk past the house. I started with a friendly hello and progressed to the point where I usually stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. A lot of people would interrupt me now, and state that a lot of ladies at house do what I do, stop and talk with the other females. It's a extremely small street, 8 semi-detached houses and 1 separated (that's 5 structures in all). She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is always very first with any gossip. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a big Irish lady in her 60's. Then last on this website is the separated home where Steve and Mandy live with their 2 teenage sons. They are in their late 30's.
