November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the individuals who stroll past the house. I began with a friendly hello and progressed to the point where I typically stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. A lot of people would disrupt me now, and say that a lot of ladies at home do what I do, stop and talk with the other ladies. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is constantly very first with any gossip. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's house, she's a big Irish woman in her 60's. Last on this site is the detached house where Steve and Mandy live with their two teenage sons. They remain in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the road, we begin with Linda's home. Next is our home. Last on the row was a chap who worked somewhere in the City.
