We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without offering it a second thought. I started to pick up on when the mums strolled their kids to school when they returned when they went out shopping, when they took the pet dog for a walk, and when they sat in the garden. With absolutely nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would find myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these ladies tackled their daily regimens.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of individuals who stroll past the house. I began with a friendly hey there and progressed to the point where I typically stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Many people would interrupt me now, and say that most females in the house do what I do, chat and stop with the other women. I have 2 replies. One, I'm male, and two, you do not know the half of all of it. I think it's time I offered you a total picture of our street and individuals who survive on it. It will can be found in useful later on. It's a really small street, 8 semi-detached homes and 1 removed (that's 5 buildings in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a uninhabited home, and then next to that is. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a huge Irish female in her 60's. Last on this website is the removed home where Steve and Mandy live with their 2 teenage boys.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we start with Linda's home. Next is our house. Last on the row was a chap who worked somewhere in the City.
