November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who walk past the home. I began with a friendly hi and advanced to the point where I generally walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. On the right-hand side of the roadway, we start with Linda's house. She just recently separated from her other half and is in the process of moving.
