We have a no smoking policy in our home, enforced on the majority (me & my father) by the minority (my mother). This suggests that whenever we want to smoke, we have to stand at the back entrance. From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's home and the fronts of two houses across the street. After smoking practically continuously when the depression set in, I began to notice the comings and goings of individuals in the street. I started to pick up on when the mums strolled their kids to school when they returned when they went out shopping, when they took the canine for a walk, and when they sat in the garden. With absolutely nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would find myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these ladies tackled their everyday regimens.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of individuals who walk past your home. I began with a friendly hi and advanced to the point where I usually walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. Last on this website is the removed house where Steve and Mandy live with their 2 teenage kids. They are in their late 30's.
