We have a no smoking cigarettes policy in our house, enforced on the majority (me & my father) by the minority (my mother). From here, you can see the entrance to our neighbour's home and the fronts of 2 houses across the street. I started to choose up on when the mums walked their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the dog for a walk, and when they sat in the garden.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the individuals who walk past the house. I started with a friendly hey there and advanced to the point where I typically walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. Most individuals would interrupt me now, and say that many women at home do what I do, stop and talk with the other ladies. It's a really little street, 8 semi-detached homes and 1 separated (that's 5 buildings in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a uninhabited home, and then next to that is. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's house, she's a big Irish female in her 60's. Last on this site is the separated house where Steve and Mandy live with their 2 teenage kids.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we begin with Linda's home. Next is our house. Last on the row was a bloke who worked someplace in the City.
