November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who walk past your house. I began with a friendly hello and advanced to the point where I normally walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. The majority of people would interrupt me now, and state that most women at home do what I do, talk and stop with the other women. I have two replies.
