From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's home and the fronts of 2 houses across the street. After cigarette smoking almost continually when the depression set in, I started to discover the comings and goings of individuals in the street. I started to detect when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they headed out shopping, when they took the pet for a walk, and when they sat in the garden. November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the individuals who walk past the house. I began with a friendly hello and advanced to the point where I usually stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat.
