November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the people who stroll past the home. I started with a friendly hey there and advanced to the point where I typically stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. The majority of people would disrupt me now, and say that most women at house do what I do, stop and talk with the other ladies. Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a uninhabited house, and then beside that is. where Jody lives. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is constantly first with any chatter. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a big Irish lady in her 60's. Last on this site is the detached home where Steve and Mandy live with their 2 teenage children. They remain in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the road, we begin with Linda's home. Next is our home. Last on the row was a chap who worked someplace in the City.
