All of us go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without offering it a second thought. Here's where I differ from the rest of you. From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's home and the fronts of 2 homes throughout the street. I began to pick up on when the mums walked their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the pet dog for a walk, and when they sat in the garden.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the people who walk past the home. I started with a friendly hi and progressed to the point where I normally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat.
