All of us support this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without offering it a second thought. Here's where I differ from the rest of you. November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who stroll past the house. I started with a friendly hi and advanced to the point where I generally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat.
