We have a no smoking cigarettes policy in our home, implemented on the bulk (me & my daddy) by the minority (my mother). This suggests that whenever we want to smoke, we need to stand at the back entrance. From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's house and the fronts of 2 houses across the street. After smoking almost continuously when the anxiety embeded in, I started to see the comings and goings of the people in the street. I began to pick up on when the mums strolled their kids to school when they returned when they went out shopping, when they took the canine for a walk, and when they beinged in the garden. With absolutely nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would find myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these females tackled their daily regimens.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who stroll past the house. I started with a friendly hello and advanced to the point where I generally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. A lot of individuals would disrupt me now, and state that the majority of females at home do what I do, stop and chat with the other women. It's a very little street, 8 semi-detached houses and 1 separated (that's 5 buildings in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a vacant home, and then next to that is. where Jody lives. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is constantly first with any gossip. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a huge Irish female in her 60's. Then last on this website is the removed house where Steve and Mandy cope with their two teenage kids. They remain in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the road, we start with Linda's home. She just recently separated from her partner and is in the process of moving. She remains in her mid 30's and has 2 pre-teen daughters Emma and Becky. Next is our home. I have not introduced myself yet, so now would be a good time.
