With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would find myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these ladies tackled their day-to-day routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the individuals who stroll past the house. I started with a friendly hi and advanced to the point where I normally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. A lot of people would disrupt me now, and state that most women at house do what I do, stop and talk with the other ladies.
