We all accompany this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without providing it a second thought. Here's where I vary from the rest of you. Then in the third week, a despair started to creep in. I had absolutely nothing to do, nowhere to go, and loads of time to eliminate. I started to get depressed.

We have a no smoking cigarettes policy in our home, imposed on the bulk (me & my dad) by the minority (my mom). From here, you can see the entrance to our neighbour's home and the fronts of two homes throughout the street. I started to pick up on when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the pet for a walk, and when they sat in the garden.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of the people who walk past your home. I started with a friendly hello and progressed to the point where I normally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. The majority of people would disrupt me now, and say that a lot of ladies at home do what I do, talk and stop with the other women. I have 2 replies. One, I'm male, and 2, you don't know the half of it all. I believe it's time I provided you a total image of our street and individuals who survive on it. It will come in useful later. It's a really small street, 8 semi-detached homes and 1 removed (that's 5 buildings in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a vacant home, and then next to that is. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's house, she's a big Irish female in her 60's. Last on this site is the separated home where Steve and Mandy live with their 2 teenage boys.

On the right-hand side of the road, we begin with Linda's home. Next is our house. Last on the row was a bloke who worked somewhere in the City.
