November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the individuals who stroll past the home. I started with a friendly hello and progressed to the point where I typically walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. A lot of people would interrupt me now, and say that the majority of women at house do what I do, stop and chat with the other ladies. It's a very little street, 8 semi-detached houses and 1 separated (that's 5 structures in all). She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is constantly very first with any gossip. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a huge Irish woman in her 60's. Last on this website is the detached house where Steve and Mandy live with their 2 teenage boys. They remain in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the road, we start with Linda's home. Next is our home. Last on the row was a chap who worked somewhere in the City.
