I began to pick up on when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the pet dog for a walk, and when they sat in the garden.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who stroll past the house. I started with a friendly hi and progressed to the point where I normally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. The majority of people would interrupt me now, and say that a lot of ladies at home do what I do, stop and chat with the other women. I have 2 replies. Next is Sheila's home, she's a big Irish female in her 60's. Last on this site is the removed home where Steve and Mandy live with their two teenage children.

On the right-hand side of the road, we start with Linda's house. She recently separated from her spouse and is in the process of moving. She remains in her mid 30's and has 2 pre-teen children Emma and Becky. Next is our home. I haven't introduced myself yet, so now would be a great time.
