We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without giving it a second idea. November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who walk past the house. I began with a friendly hey there and progressed to the point where I normally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. A lot of people would disrupt me now, and state that the majority of ladies at home do what I do, stop and talk with the other females. On the right-hand side of the road, we begin with Linda's home. Next is our house. Last on the row was a chap who worked someplace in the City.
