I began to select up on when the mums walked their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the dog for a walk, and when they sat in the garden.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of the people who walk past the house. I began with a friendly hi and progressed to the point where I typically stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Next is Sheila's house, she's a big Irish woman in her 60's. Last on this site is the detached house where Steve and Mandy live with their 2 teenage sons.

On the right-hand side of the road, we begin with Linda's home. Next is our house. Last on the row was a chap who worked somewhere in the City.
