We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without giving it a second thought. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would find myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these women went about their daily regimens.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of individuals who walk past your house. I started with a friendly hey there and progressed to the point where I generally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. The majority of people would disrupt me now, and say that the majority of women at home do what I do, chat and stop with the other women. I have 2 replies. It's a really small street, 8 semi-detached houses and 1 detached (that's 5 buildings in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a vacant house, and after that next to that is. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's house, she's a big Irish woman in her 60's. Last on this site is the detached house where Steve and Mandy live with their two teenage boys.

On the right-hand side of the road, we begin with Linda's home. Next is our home. Last on the row was a chap who worked somewhere in the City.
