All of us support this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without giving it a second thought. Here's where I differ from the rest of you. Up till September, I had been just like you. I had absolutely nothing to do, no place to go, and loads of time to kill. I started to get depressed.

We have a no smoking cigarettes policy in our home, implemented on the majority (me & my dad) by the minority (my mom). From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's house and the fronts of two houses across the street. I started to select up on when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the pet for a walk, and when they sat in the garden.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the individuals who walk past the house. I began with a friendly hello and advanced to the point where I normally walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. Most people would disrupt me now, and state that a lot of women at home do what I do, stop and chat with the other women. It's a really small street, 8 semi-detached houses and 1 removed (that's 5 buildings in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a vacant home, and after that next to that is. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a big Irish lady in her 60's. Last on this website is the removed house where Steve and Mandy live with their 2 teenage kids.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we begin with Linda's house. Next is our house. Last on the row was a bloke who worked someplace in the City.
