We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without providing it a second idea. Setting off to work every day, concerned more about what I was going to do with the day rather than what my neighbours would be up to. I started to detect when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they headed out shopping, when they took the dog for a walk, and when they beinged in the garden. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would find myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these females set about their day-to-day routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the people who walk past the home. I began with a friendly hello and progressed to the point where I typically stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Most individuals would disrupt me now, and say that most women at house do what I do, stop and talk with the other females. It's a really small street, 8 semi-detached homes and 1 separated (that's 5 structures in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a vacant house, and then next to that is. where Jody lives. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is constantly first with any chatter. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's house, she's a huge Irish female in her 60's. Last on this site is the detached home where Steve and Mandy live with their 2 teenage sons. They remain in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we begin with Linda's house. She recently separated from her partner and remains in the process of moving. She is in her mid 30's and has 2 pre-teen children Emma and Becky. Next is our home. I have not introduced myself yet, so now would be a good time. I'm John (28 ), and I deal with my mum Chrissie (45) and papa Bob (52 ). Next along are some newbies. At this time in November, I didn't know their names, so-called them Dick and Helen to myself. Of course, whenever I spoke with them, I utilized terms like a neighbour to bridge this space in my knowledge. I never talked to him, even though what I'm about to inform you, so this is the last time I discuss him.
