We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without providing it a 2nd idea. November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the people who stroll past the house. I began with a friendly hey there and progressed to the point where I typically walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. Many individuals would interrupt me now, and say that many ladies at home do what I do, talk and stop with the other women. It's a very small street, 8 semi-detached houses and 1 removed (that's 5 buildings in all).
