We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without giving it a 2nd idea. With absolutely nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would find myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these ladies set about their day-to-day routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who walk past the house. I started with a friendly hello and advanced to the point where I generally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Many people would disrupt me now, and say that most women in your home do what I do, stop and chat with the other women. I have 2 replies. One, I'm male, and 2, you don't know the half of everything. Then last on this site is the separated home where Steve and Mandy cope with their two teenage children. They remain in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the road, we begin with Linda's house. Next is our home. Last on the row was a chap who worked somewhere in the City.
