We all support this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without providing it a second thought. Here's where I vary from the rest of you. Up till September, I had actually been just like you. After smoking cigarettes practically continually when the anxiety embeded in, I began to see the comings and goings of individuals in the street. I began to detect when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they headed out shopping, when they took the pet dog for a walk, and when they sat in the garden. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would find myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these ladies went about their day-to-day regimens.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the individuals who walk past the home. I began with a friendly hello and progressed to the point where I normally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. The majority of individuals would interrupt me now, and say that most females at house do what I do, stop and talk with the other females. It's a very little street, 8 semi-detached homes and 1 separated (that's 5 buildings in all). Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's house, she's a big Irish female in her 60's. Then last on this site is the removed home where Steve and Mandy deal with their 2 teenage boys. They remain in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we begin with Linda's home. She just recently separated from her other half and is in the process of moving.
