November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the people who stroll past the house. I began with a friendly hey there and advanced to the point where I generally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Many individuals would interrupt me now, and state that the majority of women at home do what I do, stop and chat with the other women. It's a really little street, 8 semi-detached houses and 1 separated (that's 5 structures in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a uninhabited home, and then next to that is. where Jody lives. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is constantly very first with any chatter. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's house, she's a huge Irish female in her 60's. Then last on this site is the separated home where Steve and Mandy deal with their 2 teenage children. They are in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we begin with Linda's home. Next is our house. Last on the row was a bloke who worked somewhere in the City.
