November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the individuals who walk past the home. I started with a friendly hello and progressed to the point where I usually stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Many people would interrupt me now, and say that most women at house do what I do, chat and stop with the other females. It's a really little street, 8 semi-detached houses and 1 detached (that's 5 buildings in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a uninhabited house, and after that next to that is. where Jody lives. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is constantly first with any gossip. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a huge Irish lady in her 60's. Then last on this website is the separated home where Steve and Mandy live with their two teenage sons. They are in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we begin with Linda's house. Next is our home. Last on the row was a chap who worked someplace in the City.
