We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without providing it a doubt. Here's where I differ from the rest of you. Up up until September, I had been much like you. The very first few weeks were great I. managed to get all the little tasks that pile up done. In the third week, a despair started to creep in. I had absolutely nothing to do, nowhere to go, and loads of time to eliminate. I began to get depressed.

We have a no smoking cigarettes policy in our home, imposed on the majority (me & my father) by the minority (my mom). This means that whenever we want to smoke, we have to stand at the back entrance. From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's house and the fronts of two homes across the street. After smoking cigarettes almost constantly when the depression set in, I began to discover the comings and goings of the people in the street. I started to detect when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the dog for a walk, and when they beinged in the garden. With absolutely nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would find myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these women set about their daily routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of individuals who walk past the house. I began with a friendly hey there and advanced to the point where I usually walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. The majority of people would interrupt me now, and say that most females at home do what I do, talk and stop with the other women. I have two replies. Next is Sheila's house, she's a huge Irish woman in her 60's. Last on this site is the separated house where Steve and Mandy live with their 2 teenage boys.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we start with Linda's house. She just recently separated from her partner and remains in the process of moving. She remains in her mid 30's and has two pre-teen daughters Emma and Becky. Next is our house. I haven't introduced myself yet, so now would be a great time.
